With fully certified and qualified agronomists on our team, you can ensure that you’re making the best decisions when it comes to your soil management.

Our approach to healthy farming starts from the soil up. We know that good soil health and making strategic and tactical use of on-farm resources such as slurries and manures is the cornerstone of sustainable agriculture.

fertilisers

If artificial fertilisers are required, we are on hand to advise on grades and application rates. As fertiliser agents, we regularly supply both compound and blended solid fertilisers from single bags to multiple artic trailers. For established crops we have access to a range of foliar nutritional products.

Soil Sampling

Our soil sampling service helps our clients establish the nutrient status of their farm. This can range from standard tests, which include PH, Phosphate potash and magnesium through to organic matter and full trace element packages. From this we craft a nutrient management plan. Together, we use this to plan our client’s crop fertiliser requirements by maximising the potential of their surplus and manures aswell as legumes and catch crops.

crop protection products

As part of our clients’ integrated farm management plan, we regularly advise on the use of crop protection products, where needed, to help their crops combat weeds, pests and diseases. We work with our suppliers to be able to offer a portfolio of crop protection products delivered direct to farm.

Seeds

Taking guidance from the most up to date recommended and descriptive lists, we regularly advise our clients on their seed requirements. Working directly with a seed house based in the South West, we are in the unique position to offer off the shelf and bespoke grass mixes, stewardship mixes, forage crops, fodder, beet pulses and cereals.

We regularly advise on seed varieties and options across grassland, forage crops and cereals, whilst our crop walking service and plant protection product portfolio ensure our clients maximise the full potential of their crops.
